Service Agreement
1. SERVICES
Awesome Animals Pet Care agrees to provide the services described in the Booking Schedule:
(i) with due care, attention and skill;
(ii) in accordance with any reasonable directions that the Client may give Awesome Animals Pet Care;
(iii) through employees, representatives, agents or contractors appropriately trained and sufficiently competent to effectively and efficiently provide the Services; and
(iv) in accordance with all applicable laws and regulations.

2. TERMINATION
Either party can terminate this agreement by giving 48 hours written notice to the other party.

3. FEES
3.1 The Fees payable by the Client and the terms for payment are specified in the Booking Schedule.
3.2 In the event Awesome Animals Pet Care is required to supply any food or other supplies, the Client will either provide that food and supplies or be responsible for reimbursement to Awesome Animals Pet Care of the related expenses in respect thereof.
3.3 If any amount due to Awesome Animals Pet Care is not paid by the due date, then Awesome Animals Pet Care reserves the right to charge interest at the rate of 10% per annum compound on all overdue amounts, such interest to be calculated on a daily basis from the due date for payment to the date of actual payment.

4. EMERGENCY ANIMAL CARE
4.1 Awesome Animals Pet Care shall take all reasonable attempts to contact the Client in the event of an ill or injured animal; however, the Client agrees that Awesome Animals Pet Care may without reference to the Client
arrange for emergency veterinary treatment by the Client's Nominated Veterinarian as specified in the Booking Schedule, or any other registered veterinarian if the Nominated Veterinarian is unavailable, if in Awesome Animals Pet Care's sole discretion (acting reasonably) the animal under care requires emergency treatment.
4.2 The Client agrees to bear all costs associated with the provision of veterinary treatment, and indemnifies Awesome Animals Pet Care in relation thereto.

5. RELEASE & INDEMNITY
The Client agrees to use the services provided by Awesome Animals Pet Care at their own risk and releases to the full extent permitted by law Awesome Animals Pet Care and its agents, servants and employees from any and all claims of any kind resulting from any accident, damage, loss, injury or death and the Client expressly agrees that Awesome Animals Pet Care shall have no responsibility or liability for any loss or damage suffered by the Client regardless of whether such loss or damage was caused by any act, omission, negligence or any other action of Awesome Animals Pet Care.

6. MODIFICATION AND SEVERABILITY
Any modification or amendment to this Agreement shall be in writing signed by the parties hereto. Should any provision of this Agreement or the application thereof be held invalid or unenforceable by a Court of competent jurisdiction, the remainder of the Agreement and the application thereof other than those provisions as to which it shall be held invalid or unenforceable shall not be effected thereby and shall continue valid and enforceable to the fullest extent permitted by law or equity.
